IF you want to take a Basic Course in Adobe Photoshop - - then try the local college and their Digital Imaging Programs offerings.

see if your local community college/jr. college have non-credit photoshop courses you can take

http://www.craigslist.com - click on the city closest to you or your major city ,and click on Classes section in the community block. sometimes schools will list 2 day courses for photoshop there.
