I have one for a girl and no I am not going to use it, she's a character in my story. More of a comic relief.
Obelia Ethel Tulip Rosemary Garnet Henrietta Honeysuckle Jobb.
This name is a part of her character.
She has a wispy squeaky voice, corkscrew copper red curls.
clothing usually bright colors with animal prints and she is very heavy set. No pun intended.
So tell me your worst names to saddle a kid with male or female.

For me, since my last name is Hunt, Mike would be the worst name I could call our child (I get to find out if it's a boy or girl today...so excited.) If you don't get it, say it out loud...Mike Hunt. I only know this name because my husband was constantly called Mike (his name was Chris) because of his last name. He hated. We also have to avoid any C or K names (even though both of us start with a C name.) I'm a Kindergarten teacher and my name tag says C. Hunt. Kindergarteners sound out all words they find, and so I had to cover up the C with a sticker so that the kids weren't saying a bad word. :)

Judith Lyn, do you live in the Seattle area? I had a student oh...3-4 years ago whose parents named her Vagina (they were Asian, luckily it was a English nickname and not her real name...we explained to them what it meant and that was the end of that.) I have a student this year with the last name Virgen (but it's Spanish and not pronounced that way...but she's still going to get teased when she's older. We also had a Bon Marche...they thought it was a pretty name. Right now my mom (whose also a teacher) has a student name Hemi. I've had a Perfectious and an Ikea too. I had one student whose uncle was named *** Yu and I had a janitor last year whose name was Thu Hung (too hung) We had another janitor for a week who also had a funny name...something with ***, but I can't remember what it was now. My friend's sister-in-law named her kids Anakin and Padme (which is kind of sick if you think about it.)

My last name is Wood - I would never name my kids Chuck or Holly. I was born at Christmastime and my Mom wanted to name me Chris - but tht would have made me "Chris Crossfield."

During my working years I knew an accountant named "Anita Wong," and a salesman named "Seth Sexsmith". And of course there is the founder of Loblaw's grocery stores - "Bob Loblaw." Say it out loud.

'Bronco' Pigalilly (short for Bronchus Pigaliscious Pigallalian Pigaloggia Pigabanian). It's rather redundant too, don't you think?
