No, Yahoo! paid Oprah to post a question. A famous multi-millionaire like Oprah wouldn't post a question here without some sort of compensation.

I suspect that Yahoo paid Oprah. Answers got a lot of good news coverage early on, but Yahoo has been faltering recently. Do a new for the term "peanut butter memo" and you will see a proposal by one Yahoo executive to cut their work force by 20%.

Online advertising is down...Yahoo looks old while Google looks fresh. I believe it was a stunt to promote this service.

I was told to be a "featured person" here you must work hard show your knowledge and it will pay off...Wow not for Oprah, she came in like the wind, asked one questions and blew out like the wind...She got all those answers....

Wow I think we did her Christmas shopping for her...

See they will take our great answers because they cant come up with there own "pay if forward" good deeds....and take all there money and do it "pay it forward".....LOL that's way some have real bad taste in there mouth about Q&A and doubt its real greatness when people like Oprah blow into town.........
