Because they have more losses than wins. This makes them a losing team. The Browns suck. I think most college teams could beat the browns. They should have never brought them back to the NFL.

Yeah, they are one of those fortunate teams that can't seem to get a good team together and move into the playoffs.... The Browns are still better than the Lions though!!!! at least they have had better records in the past than the hapless Lions
