I really think you need to go and have some electrolosis performed on your dick to remove any hair once and for all.
This may be a little embarassing but you and your girlfriends should be happy with the results.

that is very abnormal and you should go see a urologist ( doctor that specializes in penises and their functions, dysfunctions and abnormalities). dont wax it because that can ruin the nerves in the head that make it so sensitive to sexual pleasures.
