I need the income for my rent and bills but I hate my job so much. I can't communicate with my boss and colleague and they continually pile me with work. It'd take quite some time for me to find a new job but i'm terribly depressed now.

here is something to keep in mind...if they pay you good, then just be patient and stay and work your butt off so that you can pay the bills and rent...even if they pile up alot of work...just ignore them and keep on working. when you work think about your living and set a goal why you need the money....but if they pay you not so good just get out...and find a job so you can at least get some money to pay for your stuff

hey dear. i feel u. i'm presently going through d same stress at work, not only does my boss pile up jobs 4 mi, i'm made 2 do other pple's work and also i work quite late. U Need to be patient, bcs u do need d money.despite the irrational behaviour i get from my colleagues i know i'm well paid and i need d money to pay my bills, so i try to stay strong and wen d need arises let them know how u feel and if possible only express this to them once, just so they'll know u are not pleased with the way u r being treated. And then, I’ve planned that wen I finally get another job, I wont bother giving them any notice ‘cos they don’t deserve it! Besides all that, i'm desperately looking for another job,so tell friends and family so they can also help u look out for one.Above all, we need to pray for strength and God's favour. Best of luck.

You have got to work to pay the bills....but you need to start looking for a new job with every opportunity if you hate what you are doing......Life is too short. If you continue working at a job you hate....you will end up sick...mentally and physically as well. Believe me, it's not worth it! Even if you have to take a little less pay, or pennies above what you are now making...even if you lose some benefits....you need to be happy at what you do. find a job where you can be yourself..because if you are not happy at work...you cannot be happy at home or play..this carrys into your whole being... your family life etc. Do not resort to staying at your current job. There is something better out there for you. You may have to search for it or you may just walk into it.but you must change if you are unhappy where you are at.

Never stay at a job that you hate. But if you have time to ask this question, than you have time to keep your ear to the ground for your next career move. But remember, "never make a movement 'til your underwear's down, and never move, until all your assets are covered, or your underwear's up." If this job still, for now, is paying the bills, the last thing you want to do is quit, but never underestimate yourself; reach inside and pick out not just what you know, what what you like, check into the immediate oppurtunities of that 'likeness' {field} and put your spare time into finding out whether it to, can pay the same bills. Always remember, never burn a bridge after you cross it Good Luck!

I know some jobs they sucks. I say even bosses. Listens records being abused, asks for a raise take pictures show how hard you works, go to humane resouse officer, someone must be second in commands, file a sexual harassment suits, pull a back sues the bastards. The secrets is out there see how fast the come to your attentions. The holiday is depressions but fall down no one but you know then get a good LAWYERS! AND F---K THEM!!!

Since you need the job to pay rent and bills, don't quit right away. Bide your time, look for a job, and then transition over. It's better to be working and looking for a job, then to be out of it and wondering if you'll have a job.

Maybe if you talk with your supervisor and tell him you need much more to do. You love busy and multitasking. If your boss doesn't work on a solution look around for another job. Just remember that life is to short, do what you love and the money will follow and so will happiness...maybe what you went to school for isn't what you love afterall...

I hated my job too. But we just need to face the reality. Even how much I need to force myself to get up from bed and go to the office, I still have to hang on until such day when I found a new job. Bear with it for the time being, you are not alone.

If you have a job now a day you don't quit it, until you find a better one.
