Generally I wake up before I get killed (I never die peacefully..) in my dreams, but there was one time when I did not wake up. I was having a very scary dream involving 'Leather face'. I didn't actually see myself get killed, but I knew I was killed from all the blood that was being splattered.

It was strange.. like a Hollywood scene. Right before the murder scene the camera zooms out and all you see is the blood or shadow. Too much TV that week I guess.

I dont know. But i think that is unusual, cause that same person does not know how it is like to die, i mean he hasnt experienced it, so it would be vERy HARD to imagine such a thing. well, I have often dreamt about me going to die...but never really dying in my dreams, I dont think the experience of physical death is embedded in my subconsciousness

Yes. None of my friends die in thier dreams, they wake up at the last second. I am sometimes dead in my dreams but I don't think I've died.
