You just touched on the main subject in our house these days. The husband is a Bears maniac and I'm a Bronco fanatic. Bears defense is awesome, and until about three games ago they had a pretty decent offense. The Bears aren't used to having a really talented QB, but I'm still not sure that Grossman is the one.
Denver's defense has shocked me this year, and in the beginning their superior conditioning was obvious. They looked as fresh in the 4th as they did in the 1st. But now they are showing signs of weariness as soon as the end of the 2nd qtr, and most of that due to our offense having difficulty converting. I think that Cutler was amazing in preseason and I'm anxious to watch what he can do as a rookie for the remainder of our season. Unless he truly is a prodigy, rookie mistakes will hinder our offense and we won't have a shot in Hades as even a wild card.
It's not out of the realm of possibility that either team could make the SB. But my gut tells me that possibility might be more feasible next season. If it ever happens that they face each other in the SB, we'll have to divide the house up so we don't kill each other lol. Who's the better team? Of course I'm going to say Denver, I couldn't reply any other way ;). GO BRONCOS!!!!

i might want to correctly be a touch biased, being a Denver fan, yet I nonetheless might want to assert it. I thoroughly consider you. One, enable's look on the defenses, in my thoughts, between the accurate-notch contraptions in the NFL. Denver's best losses this offseason were Darrent Williams (relax in peace, guy) and Al Wilson, who suffered a neck harm. Denver has thoroughly upgraded its shielding line and has further better savvy, veteran administration to its secondary. Al Wilson's loss might want to be the felt maximum on the sphere, yet Darrent is the heaviest loss in the hearts and minds of the team. Chicago's protection has lost Tank Johnson, and can want to lose Lance Briggs if a freelance negotiation doesn't floor quickly. Denver's protection is better complete. also, Chicago lost Thomas Jones, the most consistent decrease back they'd, and now they might want to wish Cedric Benson continues to be wholesome to help Rex Grossman's inconsistent play. Denver upgraded on the operating decrease back position through grabbing Travis Henry, and so that they have a shown backup in Mike Bell. at the same time as the Bears have some playmaking receivers, none are as sturdy as J-stroll, and if Denver's can get wholesome and stay that way (knock on timber) they're going to field the better ideal team in each and every respect.

I think they both have serious QB issues. As long as Jay Cutler can step in and play smart, Denver will be OK. Remember the Broncos have something the Bears don't have. A running game.
