Try and drag it to the trash. Try changing the properties or name and delete. Download ccleaner for free and see if the "issues" tab will clean it.Quarantine it. Download move on boot and see if that will get it. Download autostart and process viewer, find it in the running list, kill it and delete it..If all that doesn't get it, Download adaware and spybot search and destroy and give them a try.
