If you expect to make 20K off the bat, I'd say no. But if you're saying 20K a year, yes. 20K a year is equivalent to making $9.61 an hour (assuming 40 hours a week without OT). Many jobs will pay that much--but you have to factor in where you live and cost of living. If you can live off that, fine. If not, aim big.

Binooch is right Resume would give you more weight than the amount. I am taking people now. if I see you I may tell to walk in for a disscusion and may be you are worth more than 20K $
and I would get a good employee too.

yes it can but you need to do it in an intersection where there are lots of successful people - affluent neighborhood. i know a guy that put a sign saying, "MBA will work for food"...gotta a job in one hour!

give it a shot and dress sharp and pick the right intersection!
