Oh man they are so cool! I lived in Prague for some time and the only time I got to go in them was in old office buildings - I suspect that you would have to make friends with some locals and get them to take you there as I doubt there are any places that still have them which are open to the public.

We live about 3 hours outside of Prague,and I have never heard of these. Sounds fun!
