Why do people insult other people? Does it make them feel better or superior? I think they are ignorant and pathetic. what do you think?

People make fun of others because they are not comfortable in their own skins. Inferiority of themselves stimulates the need to mock or put someone else down in order to feel superior.

People make fun of other people to make themselves feel that they are more important or better than the person they are making fun of. Everything that goes around... comes around. Everything that you do to hurt someone else intentionally, you will get back. Karma!

People like that have insecurities about themselves. I worked in an office full of women that did nothing but talk trash about each other and the ones that talk trash... you should see what they look like... A MESS.

Yes, I think it makes them feel better about themselves, they lack something, maybe self confidence. You can only pity them.
