seducing young teenage boys and older women participating in sex crimes with their boyfriends - why are we seeing an increase in this behaviour. Also there is a definite inequality with sentencing. Men who sexual assault young girls or seduce their female pupils can be looking at 5 to 10 years but female sex offender could be geting a six month good behaviour bond. What do you think?

Also female teachers seducing 14 year old boys is a breach of trust, ethics and position and is illegal. It is still a crime. There are male teachers who have had consensual sex with their 14 year old female pupils who have been jailed for 5 years. iN our society do we tend to see gender abuse differently - like the answer from Robespier?

Also there was a female who dressed like a doctor and was invited into a young males home (15) where she sexually assaulted him and the matter when it appeared in front of the juddge seemed to be amusing? I wander how amusing it would of been if it was a man that pretended to be a doctor who took advantage of a 15 year old girls trust. I am curious what people think.

We aren't seeing an increase in this behavior as much as seeing it taken seriously. The same applies to both genders: you can 'groom' an underage child to like the attention, and even to experience physical pleasure. So what's the difference? If the girl had an orgasm, is she considered 'lucky' in the same sense as a boy is? Then why does she feel taken advantage of when she gets older? And if the boy got 'lucky' because he had an orgasm, is he as lucky if a man molested him rather than a woman? Maybe we should convince women who got the attention and had an orgasm as a child that they were lucky too. I think we'd be better off if we'd eliminate the myth that an underage boy 'got lucky'. I met grown men that got lucky like that, do you care to explain why they have problems as a result? No, the getting lucky mentality is mostly useful for silencing males that have been abused.

I dont think there is a rising 'trend' in female sex offenders, so much as a rise in reporting them! There has always been sex offenders, male and female. This question was asked years ago, when it was becoming more and more public that sex abuse was actually going on in more and more homes. Now more victims are not going to sit tight and shut up. And good for them!!!!!

Abuse is abuse and gender shouldn't come into it but it does. Robespierre's response shows you why. Many boys fantasies about sex with grown women. As adults they feel envy for boys who are sexually abuse like this because they don't understand the reality or the effects. This means that men, who make up the majority of the judicial system don't take it as seriously as they would if a man had abused the boy. This is also why historically abuse of boys by women has been under reported. The boys 'knew' they should have enjoyed it and they will not be taken seriously.

im a foster parent and deal with kids who have been physically and sexually abused.i still think that the male abusing a child is more common but i think a female abusing has always been there but in most cases the female doesnt force the person.i think being "attacked" would make more people report it hence the females "get away with it more" what makes me angry and is on the increase is a parent knowing abuse is happening but refusing to believe it .i had a little boy of 5 who the school repoted as becoming very withdrawn he finally told a teacher that his mums boyfriend was doing things to him he knew were wrong but was too scared to say anything because the guy had threatened him.the boy was taken away into care lived with me for few years then eventually adopted.all the way through the mother stayed with the guy refusing to believe he was capable of this(even though medical reports proved some kind of sexual trauma had occured) makes my blood boil.

It is the fault of the Gay faction in society.
There is a huge difference between a Man forcing ahimseldf on a Girl and a Woman forcing herself on a boy, for christs sake the boy has to be a willing partner to get an erection.
Bottom line, if a Man seduced my son and indulged in Buggery I would kill that man, OK I would campaign for years to get the law changed so I could legally kill him first, I would not unlawfully kill someone, but dead he would be. If a woman seduced my son, used protection etc, I would drive him round her place whenever they fancied a get together , because responsible heterosexual activity leading to mutual satisfaction must be beneficial at an age where most boys are obsessed with sex, and frustrated. These Ladies are not Criminal but true friends to the boys.
Men Girls, 15 is too young, but when the girls wait for their man do do his scentence then marry them it strikes me the scentence is inappropriate, only where two or more girls are seduced should prison ensue.
Lesbians , well neither is equipped to penetrate so a problem cannot arise, and
Shirtlifters, as I said should be locked up, the emotional damage done to the boys can never be undone, Buggery is an extenion of Humiliation, Dominance, Rape, there is no love, tenderness. I thank god I grew up thorugh the 70s where shirtlifters kept their heads down and lurked in the shadows. First Conviction de bollock them, bloke down the road had it done, so I aint talking bollocks, second offence, Hands off at the wrist, Third electric chair. Islamic justice brought up to date.

To be honest, you cannot claim that there is any increase in this type of behavior just because it has been showing up in the news lately, you need some solid statistical proof.
And when it comes to the leniancy of the punishment when it comes to the sentences of women; I guess it is because in *most* cases where a male commits a sex crime, the crime was committed through the use of force.
As I previously stated, in *most* cases males use force to commit sex crimes, unlike *most* cases of female sex crimes. I'm pretty sure that if a woman uses force and commits a sex crime her sentence won't be as lenient as six months of good behavior.

The rate of these offenses is not going up nearly as fast as the reporting of them is. A hundred and fifty thousand years of" modern" human evolution is not going to be overcome by a variable of human behavior, We do not punish these women as draconian- ly, because they had the "active" support of those they seduced. Men and women are variable and so are the punishment meted out for their various crimes.
PS Your additional details reveal your sociological delusions. You, and people like you, are the reason sociology is ridiculed by real scientists everywhere. You do not just commit fallacy, you are in fallacy.

It's always been there. Previously women were considered the weaker sex and incapable of having power over a teenage lad.
Also, previously, a teenage lad would have accepted the chance to bone his teacher and bragg to his mates. These days there's a fair old chance of compensation - where there's blame there's a claim! So the parents are pushing their horny young lads into a suit and telling them to play the victim, rather than the jack the lad.
If only my teachers had jumped my bones - I'd have lapped it up!!!

Its pathetic coz as far as I'm concerned abuse is abuse is abuse! Gender is not an issue. These women are just as sick as the men who do the same thing and the sentence should just be the same. We won't see an end to this behaviour for as long as the penalties are not stiff. We are sick as a society generally to even tolerate this kind of behaviour.

There is no such thing as a female sex offender. Men are just having a revenge for years of being put in prison for touching fifteen year old girls. In my youth we would be b***dy happy if the female teacher laid us. When I was ten I fancied one woman teacher so bad I used to dream about her. If I had a 15 yr old son who s***ged his female teacher, I would say cool. I can honestly say boys(majority) love it.
