i don't think you can.
its too long, too big and in the wrong format.
you can fix these things, but its a pain. here's what you have to do:
get the dvd off the disk. use a dvd ripper.
now you have a folder full of files. the video is on one set of files, the audio on another, the time code on another. you have to make these into one file. i use replay converter.
then you have to make it small. import it into windows movie maker, piece it back together and resave the movie with the default wmv settings.
finally you have to cut it into 10 minute segments or youtube won't take it.
after all of this work, youtube will just yank it before you're up the next morning for copywrite infringement.
