I got some raccoons living under my trailer. Now I can't just shoot 'em cause I may hit someone with a straw bullet. Do y'all know how I can get rids of the raccoons and make sure they don't come back to live under my trailer?

Well coons like stuff that's shiny. You know bling-bling! Just set you up some contraptions with shiny doodads in it. So when the coons try to take the shiny doodads the trap closes on em. That oughta teach them coons to be up under yer trailer. Then you can skin em and make yer self a hat or put their tails on yer cars antenna. Or you could be decent and let those coons go into the wild far away from yer trailer. You know like Africa! Make sure you take away their ID's then drop em off in Ethiopia. They'll be so glad to be home again. Oh my wife just said you were talk'n bout raccoons. My mistake. Well raccoons are the same so everything I said you could do. Except the Africa part. I don't think raccoons would survive in Africa. Any hoot gotta go. Wife's cook'n up some possum fer supper.

Idea . . . rent, build, or buy a safe trap. Trap them them release them far away. To keep them from returning to the underside of your trailer . . . buy strong screen size chicken wire, strongly secure the wire to the entire base of your trailer...if secured strongly it should keep the raccoons out. If you do this and it works, and you find you don't like the look of only the wire, then 'dress' up the front of the wire with some attractive low fencing just for surface look while behind it is wire to keep the raccoons out. But, don't shoot at them...their simply innocent animals doing what they do, you're actually in their area. Simply guide them away from the area you're in by building a barrier.

Call the city animal control, If you are out of City Limits then call the State Troopers, You see ( me )coming from Alaska ,animals invading your house is a common thing....lol Good Luck! And I am glad to hear there is not a family of Skunks living under your home...lol

Well you're right, a straw bullet won't do the trick. Bait them out with fish and berries. Then put up underpinning quick.

Call animal control they may be able to remove them safely to another location. We would not won't to hurt nature!!

you can get some tramps from the city or animal control or you can get some raccoon repellents such as coyote urine.
