Dont you hate that feeling? I never used to notice it but lately OMG I cant wait till it's over. Then the cycle starts again. Help

If you can - crawl into bed and relax with a soppy movie;)
There isn't any meds out there to aliviate pms unfortunately eve screwed it up for the rest of us.

Yes I hate that feeling. I have been on seasonale...that is the pill that you take all the time and get your period 4 times a year. The side effects sucked in the beginning, (talk about mood swings. I was ready to institutionalize myself.) Its been a year...I am happy with it now...plus I am taking it to try to balance my hormones in hopes of clearing my skin up...this was a little experiment that me and my gyno. thought up...It worked!!!

If you are looking for relief from menstral related symptoms, try pamprin, motrin, or even tylonal. Any should work.

i also get pms and i've been told 2 take evening primrose oil and vitamin B2 for two weeks leading up to your period!
