Depending on how old the boy is. If he is 17 you can get him pregnant by a llama.

Do you mean, how do you conceive a boy? Well, there are certain theories but they really don't hold a lot of weight..even though some people swear by them. Theoretically, because "boy" sperm swim faster, but die quicker, if you have sex just before you ovulate, you will more likely have a boy. Although statistics have shown that it really doesn't make much of a difference.
If you have sex, you have a 50/50 chance...no matter how you do it.
THAT BEING SAID, there is ONE way in which you can guarantee having a boy. It requires extracting your eggs and fertilizing them outside of your body. The doctor would then genetically test the embryo's and implant only the male (or several males). This is extremely expensive, controversial, uncomfortable, and frankly not many doctors will do this procedure.
Personally, it was so hard for me to even get pregnant that I can't fathom having a preference for one gender or another...but if it's something that important to you, do some internet research on "gender selection".

I want to know the same thing since I have 2 girls. There are alot of myths on how to get pregnant with a certain sex child, but it does not work. You cannot determine the sex of your child, you will just have to pray really hard. Even if you have a girl, you will love it so much, girls are so wonderful, but I hope for a boy too someday.

If you are asking, how to get pregnant and have a boy......there is no way possible for you to determine that , its all in the genes.
And if your asking, how can you get a boy pregnant......there is no way possible to do that either! Sorry i wish Men could get Prego too!!

determining the sex of a baby isn't an absolute science and to my knowledge just isn't done naturally or manually lol but if you cant have kids and want to know how to get your spouse or significant other(male) to carry for you there are new researches in England about a man carrying and delivering a baby and they have had many success rates with that just go to your ob/gyn or a fertility clinic and ask.
