If you mean how to take CARE of newborns in the winter season......just the same as all the other seasons I suppose. Just make sure that you bundle it up when going outside if it's cold and windy. Inside the house, if you are comfortable, then most likely the baby will be comfortable too.

The same way you would normally, but make sure you put a t-shirt under the clothes, hat, gloves, and blanket over the coat (or one piece winter suit), to cover their little faces from the wind when going out. At first you'll over bundle (making them sweat a lot), but you'll adjust it.
Your heat will be on in the house, so you can tell if they need an extra sweater or thicker shirt by feeling thier little fingers and toes. Socks are a joke, for they just pull 'em off at home anyway. :)
The cold fresh air is great for them! Enjoy walks with them.

I just bought a bunting bag from JJ Cole from Target $50. It slips under and over the baby in the carseat. Check it out. Otherwise layer you babies clothing. At night, do a cotton onsie under a cotton blanket sleeper. I have found that the polyester blanket sleepers make my son sweat. Use a hat that is comfortable when going outside, and warm up the car. You can use the same had indoors if your home is cool.

Go and buy some blanket sleepers, they are pyjamas that look like sleeping bags, it will keep baby warm. Make sure the baby always has on a hat. Wrap the baby in a receiving blanket. Just keep it warm, dry and feed and it will be ok.

Layer their clothes...make sure they aren't too warm b/c they could get heat rash and a number of other things...Put a cotton "onesie" on first and then layer maybe a one piece outfit over that w/ the "baby bunting" (big puffy, soft "snowsuit")...that is only if it is really cold where you live! Best advice, don't go out if you don't have to, but if you do...put baby in layers! Good luck

I am thinking you mean take care of? Well something that people automatically awesome about newborns is that they will freeze being outside. This is a common misconception....dress the newborn as you would dress yourself in that specific weather...make sure they have a hat, coat, and are covered completly...but dont overdress them, they get hot too ;)
