where to start? I could only change ONE thing?? I would find a cure for SIDS

There are tons of things that are worthy of that title. I'm gonna say that I'd change the world, or USA, so that our children grow up in a slower world, they are given more opportunities to just be kids, that child predators do not exist, and that all children are wanted.

I would have worked harder in college so I would have a better job right now, hence more money and less financial worry. Although, I met my wife at my crappy job 8 years ago so I guess all things happen for a reason.

the hunger/starvation that exists....
cancer, war, famine, etc are sometimes unavoidable
but there it is absolutely 100% inexcusable that anyone on this planet goes to bed hungry.
we have enough food to feed the world several times.

If it were just for me? I would have the whole world respect me 100%. Now that doesn't automatically mean i'll disrespect them. Respect is mutual, so as long as they have respect for me, i'll respect them. I don't see what's so hard about that actually.
