SLEEP - I am tired at that time of night, and YES, I will be sleeping -- no big deal -- just another night and the next day I will be working by doing chores and renovations to my home still -- so there is nothing different about New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.

Sleep! I don't celebrate new year's eve on 12/31, I celebrate new year's eve on 10/31. To me even as a kid new years was a phony holiday anyway. Too much false cheer, way too much drinking way too much money to spend on something I don't really care for.
But I hope you have a wonderful new year's eve whatever you do to celebrate the ball drop.
