For those of you who remember the old t.v. show "Get Smart" ...during each show opening segment...what doors did he walk through that closed on him and what was the last door that closed on him? Bonus . . . what happened when that last door closed on him?

Last door was telephone booth. Then he went down through the floor (elevator?)

The door that closed on him was the 'vault' doors, swing closed, join in the middle, They pinched his nose .
