I just bid on something. my question is, can you pay through money order and do you get the item first or do you have to send the money first?

You have to pay first and the payment methods are up to the seller- money orders are accepted by most sellers.

If you're gonna bid on ebay I strongly advise you to read the terms of sale before you bid. An ebay bid is a legal binding contract. Check the shipping cost, where the seller is located and the feedback rating. Also the type of payment accepted as well as time limits for the seller receiving payments.

u have 2 pay first and only can send a money order if they accept it

send the money first and yes you can pay through money order but if it doesn't say that you could you can contact the seller and see if they are willing to except your money order in most cases they will!

If they accept money orders, you pay first, then they ship the item.

Some sellers don't accept money orders,contact them. They have to receive the money before they send it to you
