is it good to go to puerto galera lyk in the months july-august? and how much will it cost?

Puerto Galera is nice any time of year. If you specify what you want to do and if budget matters, I can make better suggestions. You can get rooms under PHP 500 if you want, but there are also some which cost PHP 15,000 per person per night. You can take the Seacat bus (includes banka transfer from Batangas) for PHP 600, or the Seaplane will pick you up in Manila Bay, and drop you off at your resort for PHP 22,500 each way.

if u come here between july - aug. that would be rainy season.. the sea would be rough, and u would not enjoy going there coz, u have to ride a ferry boat in batangas pier its an hour ride, upon arrival in balatero, u have to ride a jeepney going to white beach. most of the resorts or cottages in here are cheap.
maybe u can re-sked ur trip around dec-may, its not the rainy season, plus the weather is cool from dec - feb.

Its better to go on summer until June. Sometimes July & august is ok if there is no typhoon. You canstill feel the heat during those months. for further assistance on the reservation, pls email me at lindaltan@yahoo.com

go there on a summer. its gonna be wild. filipinos head on to the beach come summer time. prices are pretty reasonable !
