Yes! What's the deal? You would think that for the thousands of years they've been making the doggone things they would have mastered the art of keeping-the-string-in-the-pants-past-one-wearing. Ever had it come out (or at least mostly out) in the dryer and strangle some drawers and socks? Then you have one sock that is still half wet that you have to let air dry before you can roll it up and put it away. I think that's why we lose so many socks in the dryer....Serial sweatpants string murders!

Even worse..one time I was absolutely dying to go to the loo and my drawstring was tied in a massive knot and the knot had twisted under the waistband so I couldn't undo it. I had to rip the pants.

Yeah, but I figured out a way to get it back in. You take a safety pin and push it back in from the inside. It takes like forever, but it works.

Only when it was pulled too hard. Usually, they fit okay without it... just don't jog...LOL
They are no longer "sweat" pants but rather lounge pants...
