Ladies,
What is the best way to get rid of those dimples? There has to be some tricks, since I've seen some of the models have them, and then soon after they don't.
Guys, do you find it a turn off if a woman is self-conscious about certain body parts? (the butt, some cellulite, not a ton)
What's worse, walking around nude and it's not so attractive but she doesn't care, or her covering up with shorts at every chance and won't walk around nude?!
Also, if anyone has had a breast lift with the implants put in to fill them out, do you think the implants are safe?
Did the lift lift you very much? In pictures I've seen online, it only looks like a small amount of lift. How in the world did you find a Dr to feel confident in?

I heard that you can work off cellulite by walking/jogging uphill which will target those areas of your glutes. The butt is very difficult to target although squats... just plain air squats work, no reason for a female to expand her thigh muscle, squats are they best upperleg/butt targeting exercise.
You really only need to worry about being comfortable with your nude self when in the sight of yourself and your significant other. When you are with the person you love it is very difficult when they are still self-conscious around you, but you cannot force comfort. It takes love... and a bit of exercise & smart food choices :-)

Plastic surgery is the only thing that works on cellulite and even it does not work sometimes
I never had a breast lift. I think it is too much of a risk and you have to have it redone in 10 years or so; if you are lucky and you have no complications

Please - models are airbrushed so much that you never see imperfections. For the other 99% of humanity, we deal with our imperfections.
So go ahead and go nude if you like! Be comfortable in your own skin - you only live once!
