I would like to have "appreciation day". We would let everyone we come into contact with why we appreciate them.

I would make my holiday be in August (the only month with no major holiday). The tradition would be for people to wear masks and throw masquerade parties. The idea behind it would be that we all ought to focus more on an individual's inner qualities rather than outward appearances.
But mostly I just think masks are cool =)
