it's funny you ask this because I was having this exact thought on the way to work today. And yes, I think about Yahoo! more than I should. lol

Girl..I sure wish i knew the answer to that. It is all chatting so i just don't get it either, makes NO sense at all!!

The difference? Who knows? I get busted for it all the time. You might ask the Yahoo Police and see what they have to say about it. But you'll get the standard 'at our discretion' answer we all get.

Apparently it is. At least that's what the first twenty or so of the 80+ violations notices in a week said. I didn't read the rest. I assume they were the same.
