I find myself spending most of my free time on the "net" ! Am I becoming anti-social? Is there a word for people who do this? I think I'm really becoming "cyber-social" what do you think?

I tend to have this habit on an occasional basis as well.
Try something else. I know it's hard, but don't let the Web take your time away.
Think of your favorite sport and go outside (if it's a sport that can be practiced by one person). Try anything but don't let yourself become addicted.

Yeah, lately I have been guilty of this too. I am on the computer all day at work--then the same when I am home.
I am on it at home so I won't have to do anything constructive like cleaning the kitchen, doing laundry, running the vacuum....my computer is the ultimate procrastination device.

Look for new hobbies. Play sports. Join the gym. Go to college. Join a club. Karaoke if you have to but do something different.

Yes. And go outside or something. Sitting in front of the computer too long isn't good.
