What prevent bone from going with agent booth? Isn't there relationship good enough to be together?

uhh... Bones is a tv show.. and i think she wont go with him because he is in reach and she doesnt want someone that easily.. i dont know girls are confusing. same problem with me in my criminal justice class... only i dont save lives all the time.... she says im a good guy but she has had bad experiences with guys... maybe thats y.
