lol you need a graph for the first part!!
and for the rest use:
distance formula: d= [squared root of (x1-x2)squared + (y1-y2)squared]
midpoint formula: [(x1+x2)/2 , (y1+y2)/2]

Answers:
d= squared root of 68
----------------------------
m= [(-4+4)/2, (-1+ (-3)/2)]
m= (0,-2)
