My son was born at the end of August. I breast fed him for about 2 weeks and quit....for my own reasons...........The thing is my breasts still leak. I don't like milk them or anything like that.

Is this normal?

When will it stop?

ok, this is gonna sound really, really wierd...but if you cover your breasts with cabbage leaves, they will soak up the milk, and you should only have to do this for around 3 days....here are a few helpful links to support my answer.

With my first child, My breasts still leaked a little bit for 4 months, even though I weaned slowly and had no fullness. My second child they stop leaking within a month. I think it can vary from woman to woman. I think everything is OK and it will stop soon. Leaking will also be a problem if you just cut out feeding cold turkey. It will take a while for your body to adjust and for the hormones oxytocin that cause your body to produce milk to stop. If after a while you do not see at least an improvement then contact your doctor.

Breast Milk is best for baby as well as for a mother. So breast feeding should not be stopped unless advised by a physician. If you cannot breast feed, better take out milk regulary by a breast pump put in a feeding bottle, keep in a fridge and let the baby get the benefits of breast feeding.
If not breast fed for a long time, milk production will gradally decrease and stop. However in the meantime there is a risk of breast engorgement and infection, even a breast abscess.

It's normal, and when it stops varies greatly. Until then there are pads you can buy use to put in your bra to prevent from leaking thru to clothes. At least there used to be when I was nursing.

Sounds like your breasts are pretty smart. They know your baby should still be getting human milk from them!

Did you ever "swaddle your breasts" use a few sports bras & ace bandage & pump? This is how most Lac. Consultants recommmende drying up when you stop.
