I'm a Steelers fan but I live in Washington so whenever they don't show the games out here I go to a sportsbar to watch them on sunday ticket, a lot of guys are totally in awe that i'm there to watch a game without a guy dragging me along, a lot are like "wow do you really like football" and stuff, but seems to me they are suprised by women who watch football

Men love women who are knowledgable football fans. It's one thing to know the rules and it's another to know the details of it. I once had a female professor who was raving about Brett Favre but also talked about the pros and cons of the head coach of the opposing team. Her husband is one lucky guy.

I think its totally hot unless they try and act like they know more than you do on football, then it is kind of annoying. I love to want to stay home just to watch a certain game, but when she does it and acts like she wants it more than I do then I suddenly don't think its that hot anymore.

My wife loves to watch Michigan football with me. She loves to go to games and/ or see it on TV. She has always been this way and it is great. She is a smart educated fan that enjoys watching the games. That is perfect for me. Thanks.

it's great...but they better know something about the teams involved. When they're knowledgeable about the game, it's great to have mixed company.

They're probably impressed and will enjoy talking to them about recent events or scores and schedule.

I hate watching sports on TV almost as much as I hate soap operas. If you're going to watch these things, you are going to have to do it when I'm not around.
