im 5 5" and weigh 100 lbs is that to light? and its mostly muscle i do a lot of sports

If you're athletic and eating a balanced diet, then don't worry about it. Some people are just naturally slender.

if you are skin and bones you might want to put on a little weight but if you are lean and slender than you should be fine
