It depends on whether you want the mean number of heads, the total number of heads, etc.
If you want the total, multiply the standard deviation by sqrt(n), where you have n tosses.
If you want the average, divide by sqrt(n).

(Note, the formula talked about below is for the *margin* of error, not the standard error. And thats only for means.)

Isn't the standard error

Z*sigma/sqrt(n) ? Where Z is the critical value related to your confidence interval. For a 2-sided test with a confidence interval of 95%, then you distribute the 5% in the two tails. Then the Z for the error equation about is 1.96 (that's the P= 0.975 from the table.
