If you are unsure of what is wrong..
First few things i would do would be to Ground properly, Centre and Sheild, concentrate on what it is your trying to achieve.
And if there is any law you could be breaking in doing so.
Although it is hard to answer any more on the problem on such little information...
I have been a practising Witch / Pagan for over 13 years now.
I have found Grounding, Centring and sheilding to be one of the major factors with people using magick.
If your not sure how to ground or centre properly let me know.
There is a great URL i can track down for the basics..
Even if your experienced going back over the basics always helps.

Find someone well versed in Magic to help. While more details on your immediateproblem would be helpful, in the long run you can start by looking into orders suc as the Hermetic Order fo the Golden Dawn, the SRIA, or the MOUP, all of which practice various forms of high magic and/or theurgy, not to mention the various Wiccan lineages, depending on your particular belief system.

First, don't toy with the people on here. Second, find someone who knows what they are doing instead of trying anything yourself if you suddenly find yourself with a magical problem. Third, remember that what you send out there comes back to you times 3.

Try taking a bath in herbs with candles lit . If this dont work . Take a shower a see you problem washing away. Hope this helps.

y do i have a i feeling you did something and screwd up a spell, first dont do a spell before you shower and have fresh positive energy, you must always use rock salt to protect your self your room and the spell, even as a daily thing you must use salt in your pocket to protect you.good luck and god bless.

meditate, take yourself into a trance, and focus on the black space, then let your mind flow and the answer will come to you because you already know it deep inside just like the question that only you know.
