You're standing in line, in a fast food restaurant and the person in front of you takes forever, looking at the menu, to order, knowing darn well, they've been going to that same restaurant, long enough to have the entire menu memorized

Unfortunately I have been on the other side of the counter and we know the people. They are just as annoying to us. Our goal is to service our guests and when someone like that holds up the line we want a trap door so at a press of a button we can eject them and go onto people who actually know what they want.

some people aren't aware of their surroundings when they go into a fast food joint. All they know is that they are relying on customer service.
Greet the customer
Help the customer make a suggestion
Ring the customer up
Deliver the meal to the customer some where in the play area
Show the customer what they ordered on the receipt
Walk the customer to their car
Thank the customer for coming in and holding up the line
Seriously, these type of customers have worked all day and are seeking one on one service and can careless about you and the rest of us standing in line.
Perhaps the restaurants can add a line called "1 meal ordering only line" Just like in the grocery stores (10 items or less)

Yup, not to mention they have been standing in line without looking at the menu. Then they pay for their order in pennies, nickels and dimes, which they have to dig through their pockets to find.
Then they want extra packages of something and change their order just a little.
And they do this all just to p*ss you off.

It's fine, doesn't bother me if i am not in rush. And i love it when customers look down at fast food staff. Some people think they are in a posh restaurant and expect to be treated as a king/queen!

Yes I do hate that!
I think that they should institute an annual Fat Tax. An excise tax on people weighing over the Obesity limit, per pound, for their respective height. Then give the tax revenue to the American Heart Association to help fight against Heart Disease (the number one killer in America).

This does upset me, but I have more fun with the ignorant people that walk in and jump in front of you. "Toss em all, like yesterdays garbage"!
