well first of all unfortunately, the law will not allow for you to keep him out of the house, if it belongs to both of you. Unless there is some type of abuse, in which case you can get a restraining order and that should keep him away until you go to court and figure things out. Entrainment in this case would only be a temporary thing though, so if you don't want to try and make it work then I suggest you get a good lawyer. Oh, and don't worry about him taking your son, if he doesn't have a job, and isn't stable not a judge in the world is going to give him custody! Just watch your "P's and Q's" becouse divorce court is tuff!! I have been there!

You need to have the locks changed, and inform the state that he has left & no longer lives there. I believe you can actually claim abandonment. Speak to them about a restraining order, because he is entering the house, & you do not feel safe.

Change the locks first of all and seek out a solicitor pronto!! Be storng for you and your son, you are better of alone. Sounds like he could be affected by drugs. Be wary.

change you knobs and locks.. stay away from your home and have a vacation for about a month or two..
ask somebody from your neighbor to watch over the house for you or advice the police that u r staying out for 2 months, tell them that nobody should come close ur house while ur gone.. even ur husband.. (u should tell ur story about him)
and while in the vacation, file a divorse!

Go to Home Depot and buy a Kwik Set lock set.
They are very easy to change yourself.

Change the locks on the doors. ALL of them, even if you have locks on inside doors, change them all. and file for divorce. That may wake him up.

Legally he's right, you need to file for divorce to keep him out or at least a legal separation if they do those in your state.
