Go to court. If your record is good, the judge will probably let you off with paying costs, which will be the same $150, but at least you won't get the points on your insurance.

Oh, and just be glad it wasn't a DUI.

Odds are, you don't. You could write to him at the white house, but you probably won't be pardoned. Remember any letter to the White House must make it through a lot of staff first- the White House gets a lot of mail on a daily basis, and they try to answer it all, but you would get a form letter back thanking you for your interest in the democratic process.

Basically, you don't get a pardon for a speeding ticket. Just doesn't happen.

Try donating a bunch of money to some buddy of his that's running for office. That type of thing usually works with politicians.
