Odds are, you don't. You could write to him at the white house, but you probably won't be pardoned. Remember any letter to the White House must make it through a lot of staff first- the White House gets a lot of mail on a daily basis, and they try to answer it all, but you would get a form letter back thanking you for your interest in the democratic process.
Basically, you don't get a pardon for a speeding ticket. Just doesn't happen.
