you will need a wireless router.
you will also need a latest firmware update on your psp that has internet browsing function.
Once you have both, you can go to the internet browsing capabilities to setup your web connection. You will need all the information from your router like the name of the connection and password to setup.
Once done, you are on your way to surfing.
