Nothing REMOVES pimples, but cortisone cream works great in eliminating the redness and swelling.

Well it depends. I know some people where Proactiv worked great and on some people where it was hopeless the rest goes for Clearasil etc. However the best thing is to use a Daily wash and then a toner/treatment cream Morning and Night. The signs that the creams are working are:
- Pimples reduce in size
- Pimples occur less frequently
- Whiteheads and Blackheads vanish more quickly.
- You notice clearier skin in 3 weeks.

I have a friend who puts a dot of toothpaste on a pimple when she goes to bed. She says it takes the redness out and helps the pimple to dry up. Might not work for you, but you can try...
