Hi There...
I have had the same problem with the mail man here... and what I ended up doing was going to the post office where he worked at and made a complaint. They had me fill out a little card and I talked to the manager of the place. This would probably be your best option!

When my regular Postman was on vacation I had the same situation. I put a large sign on my mailbox visible to everyone that said "Dear Postal Person, the numbers on that envelope should match the house you deliver to. Thank you." Didn't have any more problems, neither did my neighbors. Rude, but effective.

Call 1-800-275-8777 and file a complaint about the situation with the postal inspectors office. Enough complaints and they will address the situation with the person. They will give you a case # after they hear you complaint. Keep it and if you file again, refer to the first complaint...second complaint and so forth. They will get the message after a few calls.

Talk to her, or leave her a note...don't complain to her boss unless she give you a reason to. It may be driving you crazy, but worse things could occur...communicate first, if you are still unhappy and feel she deserves to be disciplined then complain.
I am the first to complain if I feel I have been wrongfully treated, but this doesn't sound like she has wrongfully treated you at this point. Maybe something else is going on, and you bringing this to her attention will fix it.

maybe you can leave her a nice note in your mailbox saying that all of these letters are not yours and should be sorted better.
