hypnosis, can you take XANAX to relax? will it still work?

I want to see if anyone has had hypnosis, I am VERY hard to relax and sleep... In fact, I have anxiety issues. I use medicine to sleep at night--- would hypnosis still work on someone if they took xanax?

I want to stop some bad behaviors and also, try to get more motivated in life. But, I know they won't be able to relax to where I need to be- i have way too much anxiety!

Here are a couple sites that might help you....all of their stuff is guaranteed and they are the largest on-line self-help company.

http://www.instant-hypnosis.com

I would try it without the xanax or wait about an hour past the next dose then do it.

Good luck

Yes the more you are relaxed by taking any medication when you see a hypnotherapist the easier it will be to go into the hypnotic state.Hypnosis is by far the best therapy to use to overcome the problems with anxiety and sleeping difficulties so those are the two problems you should work on first.
