I mean that there are jobs that will hire you and even if they won't you could still apply for welfare until they do decide to hire you. If they have a problem paying for you to be on welfare, they can get off their sorry butt and hire you.

welfare isn't going to be around forever , and they aren't being arrogant. Its not that you cant live without an education , it's just that your life would be a whole lot better with an education.

Why are people so arrogant in thinking they acn make it in the world living off welfare until someone (with a job) "gets off their butts" and hires them even though they can hire the next person that comes along with an education?

Uh... The world does not OWE you, and you are not entitled to the money I work for just because you're too lazy to work and you expect society to support you! Your teachers are right. Try calculating rent, food, electric bill, gas bill, water and garbage bill, car payment, car insurance, gasoline in your car, and taxes on a minimum wage salary. You're going to come up short. Forget about having any money to do anything for entertainment! If you are lazy and uneducated, that's the future you can hope for. Do tell... what's your teacher who resents paying for you to be lazy and on welfare going to hire you for? The school janitor position is already taken, and it's not like your teacher is personally responsible for hiring the school district's employees. She doesn't own her own business. And the truth is, if I were looking to hire someone, I'd choose the person who's NOT ignorant and lazy. Your attitude does not make you trustworthy or demonstrate ANY shread of personal responsibility. So the best you can hope for is a crappy job that nobody else wants, like working at McDonalds. So pick up your sorry, lazy self and learn something so you can have a future.

WOW! what a horrible attitude...do your parents think its cool to be on welfare? i doubt it!
Teachers, as well as parents, or any other person that is looked to for guidance, knows that society looks down upon lazy people and the uneducated....Doesn't make it right, but its a fact of life.
So unless you want to seriously be discriminated against when u get into the real world, you'll at the very least get your high school diploma. Your future looks very grim if you continue having this attitude.
Teachers aren't in it for the money. That is one profession that is seriously underpayed and underappreciated!
As far as "hiring you instead of paying for you to be on welfare"... not only does that barely make sense, but have you listened to yourself lately? How ignorant!

So you are looking forward to being a welfare queen based on the way you talk? Any decent job today in any corporation will require at least a bachelors degree. If you don't have a HS diploma, you will end up working at te McDonalds drive thru window, but even they require a HS diploma at the least.

Because most jobs require for you to do at least a High School Dipolma, at least that is good. I plam to go for 4 years of College and then go for Art School to at the most. Education is very important due to prices always going up.

Your scatalogical thinking is making your teachers' point. Why don't you quit school, and provide room for someone that actually wants to make something of themselves? In the meantime, repeat this over and over again, "Why didn't I listen?" You will be saying it constantly throughout your life span, beginning in say....oh... ten years!
