1. Did you buy a domain name and you need hosting? Yahoo provides hosting http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/webhosting/hosting.php?
2. You created a website for fun and just want to upload it somewhere? Try your Internet Service Provider. Many (most) of them provide free space where you could easily host a private/personal website.
