I love the chiefs man. If they can make the playoffs with their remaining schedule (Jac, Balt, and SD) then they have a great chance considering they probably have to beat 2 of the 3 listed above and all three are playoff caliber teams with Balt, and SD being 2 of the best teams in the afc. The good thing is they have jac and balt at home and kc is awesome at home.

In my opinion, the Chiefs have an outside shot at the Super Bowl. For starters, they play in a pretty tough division (don't count out the Raiders, who have one of the most underrated defenses in the league), and the big question mark here is Trent Green, who thanks to Larry Johnson hasn't had to do much work. One has to wonder how effective he'll be come playoff time after spending nearly 10 weeks recovering.

Kansas City's defense has stepped up though - they are ranked 8th overall in YPG (8th against the pass, 6th against the run) - and remain strong with plenty of vets on the squad.

seem at present SB winners. besides the Giants with Eli Manning the triumphing group has what maximum folk evaluate elite QB's. The NFL is a QB league now and additionally you want a elite QB to even stand a raffle. Matt Cassel is powerful yet he isnt in the precise 10 in the NFL. possibly if he develops into one or the chiefs draft a franchise QB they have a raffle till then I definitely have doubts.

Of course they have a chance, albeit a very slim one. They are currently in a position to make the playoffs as a wild card. The champs from last year are a great example of a team overcoming the greatest of odds, so anything can happen.

I'm still upset the nine rs didn't try to sign Ty Law, he could have been a great asset to the great NINE RS! Boohoo....

I think they have a good chance of making the playoffs as a 'wild-card,' but I don't see them getting too far because the Pat's, Colt's and the Charger's are definitely the class of the AFC this year.

Too many good AFC teams that they can't compete with.

Indianapolis, Baltimore, or San Diego are too complete to lose in the playoffs. If the Chiefs defense was more consistent, I'd put them in that group, but until then no.

They are on the rise in the AFC and have a decent chance. If they can crank up the passing game to complement LJ's excellent running they could be a threat.....

Yes, they are in the running for the playoffs.
See Steelers last year.
Getting hot at the right team with a solid team means a lot.
