Both in their prime? Andre without a doubt.
Dont get me wrong Big Show is impressive.. Over 7 feet 5 inches... over 500 pounds, multi time world champ... first ever triple crown champ ( WCW, WWE and ECW) Made Hulk go into retirement at one time...Big show has even done a drop kick! I ve seen it! But he has lost to too many other guys that he should have been able to squash like a bug. He got beat by Jeff Hardy, beaten by Rey Mysterio, Beaten by the Spirit Squad of all people!! COME ON!!! Big Show just had to fart in thier direction and he would have taken all these guys out.
Andre in his prime was UNSTOPPABLE! The KING no no no.. I'll say the WRESTLING GOD of the Battle Royal. 20 guys could not beat him at the same time! When Hulk beat Andre, Hulk Hogan said ( in his DVD ) that Andre didnt want to wrestle Hulk because his back was killing him, he just came out from surgery, and Andre just wanted to retire. Andre was getting old when he was at Wrestlemania 3. But still Andre Beat Hogan for the belt a couple of months later.
The Ultimate Warrior Vs Andre thing.. Ha.... that was just Andre going with the storyline... If you watch The Self Destruction of the Ultimate warrior, Bobby "The Brain " Heenan describes a match between Andre and Warrior. Bobby states that the Warrior was getting on Andre's nerves one day and during their match , Warrior bounced of the ropes 3 times to give Andre 3 huge clotheslines. Andre didnt like The Warrior at all so on the Warrior's 3rd attempt at the clothesline, Andre simply stuck his fist out in front of him and let the Ultimate One run face first into that Giant Knuckle Sandwich. The Ultimate Warrior went flying! I do believe that match was not televised and Andre won by countout or something because The Warrior was knocked out.

I defiently think that Big Show would have won because he has a wider variety of moves than Andre had. The big show is also more flexible than Andre was which helps him out.
