Get her a baby outfit and a sonogram pic from the internet. Just when your mom is about to pass out say PSYCH! And give her what you really got her...one of those $9.99 mug and mini tea-bag sets from Walmart (the ones with the little winter scenes on the mugs).

Depends on how long you guys have been seeing each other and how serious you are. If you are young in your relationship - something your mother collects. If you are a bonafide item, pictures of the two of you are what most moms crave.

maybe a nice candle or a gift set from somewhere like origins or bath and body works..if there's a store she really loves perhaps a gift card would be nice.
