you can get her a jewelry, every woman loves jewelry may it be filipina or not
you can also give her appliances, if she loves cooking you can get her appliances used for cooking, you can give her a microwave,( dont give her a rice cooker, or something that she can afford by herself) a juicer,a washing machine,or a beautiful table set with sofa, something she could really use for cooking and for her daily chores and activities, you can also give her a beautiful comforter
or treat her to a spa, or a vacation perhaps in cebu, laguna, or boracay, together with your family or abroad,
dont give her a dress if you dont know what she really likes, not even a shoe
you can also give her a fashionable bag, but that would really take time you would need a great fashion sense to impress a woman with a bag
i dont know if she likes antique so, go with appliances, jewelry, or a spa, or a vacation trip where she really could relax,

I would suggest quality jewelry unless she doesnt wear it then I would suggest something that would mean something to her like a day at the spa or her nails done or taking her some place where she will never forget like a dinner and a show.

filipinos like to bathe, maybe you can give her something for that or a cologne. or something used in the kitchen
