Well I gotta go with Bobby Lashley just because you said best athlete which to me means all around strenght, speed, and agility. Lashely def has the strength, he's able to work long matches so he has the speed along with stamina, and he used to be a wrestler so you know he has the agility as well. Everyone says Benjamin which is a good guess as well but Benjamin isn't really that stong or fast actually. He is just agile. Now I'm not a huge Lashley fan like so many others but pure in simple I think he is just the best athlete. If you were asking who the best wrestler is I would have to agree with you on Benoit. Not only pound for pound the best wrestler, but overall the best wrestler as well.

Monty Brown is defiently the best he is a personal trainer in his "off time" and he makes a 6 figured salary being a personal trainer and that is alot for a personal trainer.

Shelton Benjamin doesn't get enough credit. That boy can fly across the ring. His matches against HBK are some of the best non-PPV that I have ever watched.

See if you can not get ahold of some of Bryan Danielson's ROH matches. He is not heavily athletic but provides new innovative moves and submission holds I have never seen before.
