Ur in luck-I've just looked into t-touch for the horse i work with. There are many different t-touches so i'll go through the main ones
1.Clouded leopard T-Touch
This helps to reduce oversensitivity in the body, relieve aches and strains and promote overall well-being. The weight of the hand rests lightly on the body, with the fingers lightly curved (like a leopards paw) The pads of your fingers push the skin in one and a quarter circle with the middle finger leading. Keep the wrist soft and breathe in rhythm with the circles. Move the skin rather than just the hair in a circle. If the horse is uncomfortable lighten pressure or change t-touch.
2. Python Lift
These on the legs, hindquarters and down the limbs can relieve stiffness, reduce swelling and increase mobility. It can also release and relieve tension and spasm. Use on shoulders, neck, legs, back. The whole hand is placed on the body or around the leg, with just enough pressure gently lift the skin and muscle, pause for a few seconds and slowly return skin to starting point. If you lift too much the animal will move away or get tense.
3. tail Work
Support the tail with the upper hand and push the tail bone up slightly with the right hand, making a question mark curve with the tailbone. keeping the curve in the tail, circle the tail 2-3 times in each direction. This releases tension through the back.
